Position Summary

We are looking for a resource to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales and collection targets by implementing sales strategies, managing daily team operations and expanding business opportunities.

Functional Knowledge

The resource should have strong expertise in sales execution, lead generation, dealer development, client relationship management and credit collection handling.

Job Description

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
• Expand the dealer network by developing new partners in the designated territory
• Monitor credit customers for aging balances and ensure timely collections
• Meet or exceed collection targets as defined by the company
