Minimum Experience Required : 2-3 Years of Experience in Payable using Oracle R12

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced accounts payable resource having Oracle R12 knowledge and experience along with excel expertise and analytical skills.

Functional Knowledge

Should have in depth knowledge & experience of payable process, Oracle R12 Payable Module, MS Office and month end closing process etc.

Job Description

• Review, verify, and process vendor, transporter and contractor invoices, debit / credit memo's and payment requests.
• Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, invoices and vendor ledgers for accuracy.
• Knowledge of applicable taxes on different types of supplies and services etc.
• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve invoice, payment and any reconciliation issues etc.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing schedule and reports duly reconciled with GL.Assist in audits
