Position Summary

We are seeking a young, energetic and presentable professional for project coordination and material sales in road marking, with a strong focus on working with departments involved in road tenders. The ideal candidate must be open to extensive travel, often staying outside their hometown, and driven to exceed sales targets.

The candidate must possess strong communication and leadership skills, have relevant experience in road-related departments, understand company norms, and be capable of working collaboratively across teams to ensure project and sales success.

Job Description

• Develop and manage sales of road marking materials, with a focus on securing projects through government departments involved in road tenders (e.g., NHA, LDA, C&W).
• Maintain strong relationships with departmental stakeholders and housing societies to identify new business opportunities.
• Travel extensively and stay in different cities as required to meet clients, attend site visits, and ensure project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly to management, ensuring full compliance with company policies and norms.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments as a team player and take initiative to lead field activities beyond standard responsibilities.
