Job Description

• Assist in vendor sourcing, comparison, and evaluation
• Support preparation of purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
• Track order placement, delivery timelines, and follow-ups with suppliers
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records
• Coordinate with stores, production, and finance for material availability,assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning
• Assist in cost analysis and price comparisons,repare weekly and monthly procurement reports
